IFS serves COAM operators (master license holders and location license holders) and related B2B contacts. This notice covers this public website and the inquiry forms on it.

What we collect

Talk with us / PrizePay Gift Card Program forms

When you use the forms on Contact Us or the PrizePay Gift Card Program page, you choose a business type and we collect the fields for that path:

• Business type — Master license holder (MLH), Location license holder (LLH), or Other.
• MLH — company name; owner/operator name; address, city, state, zip; business contact; cell number; message.
• LLH — first and last name; contact phone; for each location: master license holder number, location license number, legal business name, company DBA, street address, city, state, zip, store phone, email address, store hours. You may add more than one location.
• Other — name; company; how to reach you; message.

We also record the page path where the form was submitted so we know which inquiry page you used.

How we use it

Follow-up from IFS

Submissions go to IFS through a Google Apps Script connected to an IFS website inquiries spreadsheet. We use what you send to respond to your inquiry, schedule follow-up, and support onboarding. We do not sell this information.

This is a static marketing site. Cookies, if any, are only what is needed for the site itself to function. Pages load Manrope from Google Fonts. We have not added third-party analytics vendors. If that changes, this notice will be updated.
